  4. Consider the following questions.

Why don't we seem to be able to throw any mountains into the sea?  (11:23)


How great is it to be able to move mountains?  Be sure to read 1 Corinthians 13:2 to discover something greater.


Given the conditions for 'successful' prayer in 11:24, do we have any hope that our prayers will ever be answered?



How can you know for what to pray?  Mark 14:36 and Romans 8:26-28 provide further guidance and encouragement for us.



Say the Lord's Prayer to yourself.  Where in the prayer do we do exactly as Jesus says we should in 11:25?



In 11:27-33, what dilemma did the question of the chief priests, scribes, and elders pose for Jesus?

How did the Jewish leaders' question backfire on them?
